Angelica Mariguela is a fully qualified Physiotherapist, graduated in 2015 from Unisagrado – Bauru, São Paulo, Brazil. She has solid experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and is currently developing a focused specialization in Women’s Health and Pelvic Health.
In Brazil, she worked as a physiotherapist in a private clinic, where she provided care for a wide range of patients, including post-operative rehabilitation for knee and shoulder surgeries, spinal treatments, and general musculoskeletal care for both children and adults.
She became a certified Pilates Instructor through the Paula Rossi Institute (Bauru, SP) in 2016 and 2017, completing comprehensive training in apparatus Pilates, mat Pilates, and Pilates with accessories. She also specialized in Pilates for spinal pathologies and cervical decompression techniques.
In 2024, she completed two additional certifications in Prenatal Pilates: “Pregnant in Motion” (GEM) with Marla Lopes and a second program offered by the Cefisa Institute, both focusing on the unique needs of women during pregnancy.
Currently, she is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Pelvic Physiotherapy and Women’s Health at the Ciclos Institute of Education. Her professional interests include pelvic floor rehabilitation, antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, spinal health, and movement-based therapy.
In addition to her clinical dedication, she is a mother and wife, and she brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to her work. She is committed to continuous professional development and evidence-based care to help her patients achieve long-term health and well-being.
Bel is a fully licensed Chartered Physiotherapist and a registered member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and CORU, Ireland’s Health and Social Care Regulator. She graduated in Physiotherapy in Brazil in 2011. She holds a Postgraduate qualification in Traumatology and Orthopaedics (2015), advanced training in Global Postural Reeducation – Souchard Method (2016), as well as further education in Pilates (2015) and Dermato-Functional Physiotherapy (2017). She provides professional, evidence-based physiotherapy care, always prioritising patient safety, recovery and overall well-being.
She has clinical experience in rehabilitation settings and extensive experience working in clinics and spas in both Brazil and Ireland, providing services such as cupping therapy, pregnancy massage, myofascial release, tapping, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, and a range of manual therapy techniques.
In addition to her healthcare background, Bel is also a trained ballerina with certification in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) (2020), bringing a deep understanding of body mechanics, movement control, and functional alignment to her therapeutic approach.
Bel is passionate about holistic, patient-centred care and aims to provide relief, balance, and wellbeing through personalised treatments, with special attention to women’s health and individual needs.
